Miss February 2009 Jessica Burciaga loves the Lakers, the ocean, and the beach boys, so to speak. “I’m a total flip-flops girl. I like to have a few drinks and chill by the beach. That’s my style. Guys at L.A. clubs try to impress you with talk about money and cars, and that turns me off.”
Candice Cassidy first appeared in Playboy-land as a Cyber Girl in 2006 which eventually led to her becoming Miss June 2009. Since her Cyber Girl days Candice has been commuting between her home in Ohio and Los Angeles. She says she’s seduced by the City of Angels. “I would say my biggest excitement is flying out for parties every month,” she explains. “I live in a rural area, and there’s no place to hang out except in people’s houses.” Still, she says, she’ll always be a farm girl at heart.
Teri Harrison is the product of two different cultures, but the 21-year-old Florida native relishes her diversity. “My mom is Japanese and my father is German,” she says. “I have six sumo wrestler-looking uncles and a tiny Japanese grandmother, so I stick out like a Q-Tip in family pictures. Sushi and bratwurst- that’s my life!”

Lindsey Gayle Evans is tired of being a good girl. “For a long time I was a nice sweet girl who sang in my Baptist church choir and made good grades. Then one night I found myself on Playboy.com and I sent a message that went something like ‘Hey, this is Lindsey Evans. I’m a former Miss Louisiana Teen USA, and I’m tired of being good. Are y’all interested?’” Indeed they were. What’s next for Miss October? “I want to go as far as I can with Playboy. I want to be the next Pamela Anderson. Why not? Hef’s latest girlfriend was recently named Miss December 2009. But living at The Mansion hasn’t spoiled Crystal Harris. “Growing up, I was far from being a rich girl, so I don’t take this for granted. I want to be a Playmate who is a good role model.” This holiday season Miss December received quite a gift: herself. “I didn’t have much confidence in myself before, and I think the number one priority for happiness is to be comfortable in your own skin. Las Vegas native Destiny Davis knows what’s up when it comes to Sin City. “Vegas is cool, but it’s not very cultural,” she says. “It’s a transient town. No one develops roots, and it’s difficult to sustain friendships when you’re always on the go. Growing up here, I never appreciated it, but I love it now. Locals know there’s an entire city to explore beyond the Strip.” Who knew? All we know is that we just added a bunch of naked pictures of Destiny to our gallery section ;)
Kelley Thompson has wanted to be a Playmate ever since she became a fan of The Girls Next Door four years ago. “I immediately fell in love with Hef and the girls on that show, and I was, like, Wow, it would be really awesome to experience something like that. Playboy’s Miss October 2003 was the beautiful Audra Lynn. She’s very agressive when it comes to men. “I want to be the hunter,” she says. “If a guy comes up to me in a bar and I didn’t see him first, I won’t give him the time of day. I want to spot my prey first!” Yikes. Watch out guys or Audra will hunt you down like a dog. I could think of lots of worse things :p
For some strange reason Katie Lohmann’s nickname is Mouse Butt. ”My friends started calling me that because my boyfriend in high school did,” she says. “But a mouse doesn’t really have a butt. The first Playmate of the new decade is quite accomplished. Miss January, the self-proclaimed “feisty, fearless, redheaded adventuress,” rockets herself into the New Year just as she always has. “I have no resolutions,” says Jaime Faith Edmondson, “and no fear of the unknown. I’m a doer. When I see something I want, I go for it 100 percent, and nothing can get in my way. I don’t half-ass anything.” You go girl! Now get those clothes off ;)
