Word around the water cooler is that a young lady by the name of Ashley Mattingly will be the Playmate for March of 2011. Seems strange that Hef would pick another Ashley just three months after Miss Hobbs, but whatever rows his boat. All we know about her is that she’s blonde and an established fitness model. Miss December 2006 Kia Drayton had to live all over the country when she was growing up. “My dad was in the Air Force, so I spent a lot of summers wherever he was stationed,â€she says. “It was hard for me to make friends because I was always the new girl.†Part African American, part Polynesian and part Cherokee, Kia says she got picked on as a child for looking different. Now she’s comfortable in her own exotic skin and isn’t afraid to show it off!

Courtney Culkin first appeared in Playboy for their 50th Anniversary Playmate Search in 2003 and is happy to be back. “I feel totally comfortable in front of the camera,†she says. “I hate clothes. I really do.†Since that appearance she has been pursuing a degree in psychology. When asked to analyze her own personality, she replies, “I’m definitely an outgoing person,†she says. “I like to make jokes, even when I’m under pressure. Whenever people are unhappy I’ll try to make light of the situation.â€
When we asked about men in her life, Pennelope Jimenez says without missing a beat, “I’m not married. I think talking about a relationship is a jinx. But I’ll tell you that the guy of my dreams is tall, fit, caring and likes to cuddle. Someone who likes to sit at home in sweats, order a pizza with ranch dressing and watch a movie on a Friday night- that’s my favorite thing to do.” We also learned she likes sensual kisses and light tugging of her hair. “The keyword is light,” she stresses. “I don’t want guys that I meet pulling on my hair trying to turn me on.”

Natalie and Jennifer Campbell say they’ve never gone for the same guy at the same time, but they both have a thing for men in uniform. “Whether it be policemen, firemen or military men- it’s all so sexy,” says Natalie. Jennifer, who has been in only two serious relationships, adds, “I’ve always been the type of person who, if I’m going to be intimate, has to be in love.”
The sisters want to continue modeling before returning to finish school in Colorado. Jennifer desires a degree in psychology and wants to work with kids; Natalie loves animals and is eyeing a career in the veterinary field. Though they’ve enjoyed their party days, they both say they’ve settled down a bit. “Our friends say we’re double the trouble,” says Jennifer. “I think we’re double the fun.”
